Nanae Sugimoto

Starting from her own bodily sensations and the changes therein, Nanae is interested in reflecting the indistinct symbiosis of things that dimly exist. Using the traditional gradation technique of Japanese woodblock printing, her aim is to visualize the tone which subtly lies in between things.
